We accept all returns of products (album, equipment, etc) you receive that do not arrive in the intended/promised condition you ordered it in. We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. For example: If an album we graded to be in mint condition shows up opened, scratched or in other condition aside from mint (as advertised) please send that back to us and we will make it right.
Another example: If you receive a turntable or other equipment that is missing parts or is damaged in transit in any way, please notify us immediately so that we can get you your order in one piece.
